• I don't see why not. O have a double usb cable charging it because its on a vertical stand and it works.

• Yes, I use it on a brick and my laptop USB to charge the packs for my controller. Im using the xbox one X insignia pack/charger, all 3 will do the same thing if you are just pluggin it into a non console USB outleet. Just find the one of the 3 that is onsale. At time of purchase the x box one x model (this one) was $9.99 the xbox one S was $14.99 and the xbox one was $24.99. good luck and enjoy

• Probably, I would assume it would work through a 2 to 5 Amp power brick, but why would you want to, when it charges through the Xbox even when it's shut off, so hope that helps :)
