“I have an Xbox One but it does not have a USB port on the front. It is on the left side up towards the front, and not sure maybe in the back(can't check right now). Will this fit this box? If not will it work any other way? Thank you.”

It's made for the Xbox One X, not for the Xbox One or Xbox One S.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Answering my own question, since I picked one up already. Found out they have different versions of Xbox One. Mine will not accept this unit. My USB port is on the side not the front and it is not flush as well. I did however hook a USB to USB Cable to the charger and the Xbox and it is on and charghing. They need to change their description, it is incorrect. It won't fit on all Xbox Ones, but will still work with others.
