“I purchased these Insignia Powered Stereo Speakers from you guys on 2/25/2021 and I still have not been able to get them to work. There is still no sound. Before I bring them back, is there any product download I need, to make them function?”

• Hi, I don't think a download is needed, as I didn't need any download. Are you sure to insert the jack into the correct port on your computer? It should be inside the port with the headphones icon, not the recording/mic icon. I hope this information helps. Trayvon
