I asked Insignia on their site if they would work o my old CD player. They told me what to look for. I had it & the speakers work fine. I’m guessing they will probably work on your TV, but suggest you ask on the Insignia page. If the cords aren’t long enough to place them where you want, do what I did: Purchase “extension” cords; I got a 6’ & a 3’ one with male & female ends. They did the trick & only cost about $12 at Best Buy — plus, not knowing what I actually needed, the guy who waited on me at BB listened carefully to what I wanted what I was calling an “extension cord” to do & figured out what I needed! I really appreciated his effort to please!
