Sound is only coming out of one speaker null

The units can be disassembled. Remove the screws from the unit not providing sound and look for a disconnected wire. Reconnect the wire if separated.

Make sure the jack is plugged all the way in on your computer then check the balance control knob on the speakers. It might be turned all the way to one side. There are two buttons on one of the speakers. One of them controls the balance. Check to make sure it's not turned all the way to one side.
