• Press the Source Button, which will toggle between Aux and Tuner. That button is right next to the power button. I have accidentally pushed it a couple of times when going to turn off the radio. That's the only thing I see in the user manual. If that doesn't fix it, you might have to take it in to Best Buy for service.
