• In order to "pair to my beats solo wireless headphones" you would have to first plug into the headphone Jack of the "Insignia Tabletop HD Radio" a fully charged "Wireless Bluetooth 2 DP 3.5mm Stereo HiFi udio Dongle dpter Trnsmitter" which you would then pair to.
