They did! I think there might be a fee, but if you're extra nice to the sales person, they "might" do it for you at no cost. I've installed my own before, it's not that hard. It does require some precision.

I bought it online and received the item through the mail so I did the installing myself. I do not know if they will do it for you if you buy from the store.

No, but the package comes with a kit for easy installation.
