The Insignia™ NS-32F201NA23 TV uses a VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting pattern, which is standard for smaller TVs. However, the Insignia™ Tilting TV Wall Mount you mentioned is designed for much larger TVs specifically those between 47” and 90” and supports VESA patterns starting at 200 x 200 mm. Because of this difference, the mount is not compatible with your 32" TV. To safely mount your TV, you’ll need a wall mount that supports the 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern and is rated for smaller screen sizes. Patricia | Insignia Support
