Q: QuestionWhen I plug in my laptop into the top slot, it doesnt charge but it works on other adaptors that can pull less. Why? I got this for my 240V laptop.

Q: QuestionCuba has 2 types of plugs: A and B. Type B is not like the American plug, but it has only 2 pins. I'm looking for this 2-pin type B plug. Does this item have it?
