TV is delivered by UPS in a box which is quite heavy. Needs assembly. Everything is inside screws, directions etc. I recommend opening box in garage or outside b/c styrofoam gets everywhere. It took longer to open box, sorts through all the pieces, just to get prep for assembly. Be careful not to through any screws away n screws needs to be used exactly as instructions say. It’s a beautiful TV, we didn’t think we would like it b/c it was purchased thru a picture but we love it. Just need time n patience to put it together. .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your answers. That's all I had to hear. It's going back as soon as it's delivered. I don't do any assembly anymore. I tried to cancel it as soon as I heard assembly is required but Best Buy already had it shipped. Hopefully I can catch the delivery guy and have him put it right into the back of my car so I don't have to handle it. Just drive to Best Buy and let them unload it. It bothers me that the salesperson never told me this had to be assembled. All I saw was a photo of what I assumed to be a factory built piece of furniture. I have a nice one of those being delivered tomorrow. Twice the price but well worth it. I would have been happy to pay Best Buy a hundred bucks to come assemble it but they don't offer that service.
