Good luck... I bought the tv console and one shelf was damaged. Store wanted this 70 year old man to return the whole console and order another. No way can i do that. Simple solution, Best Buy needs to get with Insignia and work out a replacement part system. This will help everyone and be more cost effective for all. Where is the management team at Best Buy??? Wake up, get these issues resolved for the customer and company in a most convenient and cost efficient manner.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you didn’t get all the items in the box, I would contact the manufacture. I assume you opened everything up and took everything out, that’s when you found out that you didn’t have all the items needed for this?? It will be a pain to box it all back up and exchange it, I would try the manufacturer first. Good luck
