• It comes in pieces. I did not see an option for them to assemble it. I doubt it though since they couldn’t even manage to send a single replacement part. They wanted to send a new one and return the first one. Just avoid this product and any other by this manufacturer.

• No, it requires assembly. I don't believe Best Buy offers an assembly option, but you can check. It was very straight-forward and looks great when finished.
