A:AnswerI’m not familiar with that specific soundbar, but there is plenty of room on the open shelf. As for the sound quality, as long as you place it right up front I wouldn’t imagine you’d have too much of an echo or drop in sound quality/performance. I put my center channel Polk Audio (3 front firing speakers) on that shelf and it works perfectly. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerThe tv stand was 24in tall and 54in long.fits very well in our living room and takes less space than precious entertainment center we had that was too tall and took up too much space.the new stand has lower cabinet to hold components and also bottom cabinet to store dvds,etc.

A:AnswerThere is information that comes with the stand that actually tells you the weight limit. Unfortunately the older TV might be too heavy but you will have to figure that out.
