It Works really well for a 43". I have LG UHD 43" TV. Mine height is set at 33.5 inches.

Mine’s screwed in a little less than halfway up, and the bottom of the tv is about 6 inches above the top of my entertainment center. At its highest, it might be about 10 inches. Sorry I can’t be more exact.
