It did not work for me - neither set of screws fit my new Samsung 32 inch QLED TV - one set was too long, and the other set was too short. Needed to shorten the long screws using an electric grinder. There is plenty of room for a soundbar. The stand made the TV sit too far back for my needs. I had to mount the TV backwards to bring it closer to the front of my cabinet which created new issues.
