This product includes a hardware kit (screws, washers, and spacers) to attach most 32" TVs to the Stand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The frame you see has slotted holes upper and lower they attach to the back of the TV via screws. I have the Sony 55 inch; I have no idea if your Tv has the holes needed to attach. Nothing is covered on back of TV except the small vertical area in the middle. I would suggest you go to Best Bye to confirm measurements. Hope this is of some help. Good luck!
