With four screws & washers inserted from the stand into the rear of the TV. Multiple sized screws come with the stand to insure proper sizing.

The two horizontal channels are attached to the back of the TV with spacers and bolts. The stand comes with several bolt and spacer sizes to accommodate different TV models.
