The chances are that you purchased an item from the reduced price stock, and that you received an enviable bargain! As for the instructions, I would comb all of the instruction manuals offered online, and if you cannot find this information, it is possible that someone at Best Buy may be able to copy the info and give it to you.

Please try again later.I purchased the "open box one" because it was 15 dollars cheaper and it said all parts were there and instructions too...Our base was chipped, I called and they immediately sent a replacement out and sent a label for me to return the chipped one....Was very impressed with their attitude....Give them a call and they will probably send the instructions out.
