I have the same concern. Several phone calls, and many reference numbers later, everybody blames the other. Unfortunately, none offer a solution. I have spoken to in store people at Best Buy, Best Buy customer service, Insignia Customer Service, and Sanus (the company that services the product).No-one could offer just a new bracket and hardware. I was told to return my already "assembled" tv stand, purchase another boxed unassembled stand, and once they inspect my returned unit, and I assume, it is to their satisfaction , I would get a credit. Apparently, this is not an isolated issue. Many complaints exist with the exact same issue. Unfortunately, I did not read the review until our shared concern popped up. They say Buyer Beware. I was unaware. Please feel free to share if you have any better luck than me. Even their assembly directions do not show a part number for the swivel/tilt bracket.
