• Yes, but once I put this on my ipad not worth the trouble for me. If I thought I could put this used back in the package and take back to best buy I would but already got rid of the box it came in.

• not sure. I figured why would I need a warrenty with a screen saver. I would know if it was damaged when I first put it on. If it was bad I would just return for another one.
