• The connection plug is just a standard Cable line your screw into the back of your tv It does not come with connections such as RCA or VGA or HDMI.... So I doubt it would handle what you are looking for with an enhanced definition tv You would have to get some sort of converter box to change your cable signal..

• Yes it does. Got mine a couple weeks ago and works great. All local channels and nice clear picture. Just screw it in then do a scan for channels on the tv and you're good to go.
