Will this work with a Dell Inspiron 7591? null

The cord is versatile and has many adapters. Look at the back of your computer and see what rating is needed for your laptop. I used it for an Inspiron E64 laptop and it worked fine. The great thing about this charger is that it can be used for multiple items. I also used it on my HP. Killed two birds with one stone.
