Not sure but it comes with all of these different ports to connect to the charger box. If it don't work then take your receipt and the box with everything in it back to the store and change it to a different one but its universal. It has alot in the box that u can use for different laptops and stuff. Look at your old charger and compare it to the ones thats on the box and that way you'll know that this is the right box to get for your dell latitude e7450.
