“I can’t get the receiver and transmitter to pair (get a solid blue light). The units are about 13 feet apart. Any suggestions? I hold the pair button for 3 seconds and the light flickers blue and red but turns red after not pairing.”

• Are you pressing and holding the transmitter pairing button also? It works best for me to to the transmitter first, then the receiver.
