“I returned one set because it was popping and static. The new set was fine for 3 days then there was a a bunch of static then a pop and they went off and won’t come back on.unplugged them and put on surge protector etc but nothing happens. Any ideas??”

Pack up all of the components and miscellaneous pieces in your purchase. Then, "cry and run like a Banshee" to your Best Buy store and make a refund and exchange for a higher-end product. You'll find many better choices for a full satisfaction at Best Buy which will meet your needs!
