Does this allow for charging while in the sleeve? null

Yes it does, I put the tablet in upside down with the charging port up. I cannot zip it all the way closed but I do charge my tablet that way and it doesn't fall out

Yes! Just insert your tablet in and plug the charging cable. Just be sure not to zip the sleeve all the way closed.
