I loaded the driver FIRST before connecting the device to an USB3 port. It worked immediately on my Win10 desktop. The Enet connection on my desktop would not get a green light using a Netgreat Network Extender but the USB3-Enet device solved my problem with Win10.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check manufacturers website for Win 10 drivers The install disc does not come with them. You can also try realtek's website. They make the chipset that goes in this so theyre a good choice for updates as well as Insignia.
