I am using the USB 3 <--> Ethernet adapter quite successfully on an HP Envy laptop with Windows 10. You might want to explain more about the configuration that you've set up. Where have you connected each end of the adapter and what were those devices originally meant to be connected to? For example, I would not expect this adapter to perform correctly if I attached the ethernet port to my camera and the USB 3 plug to my computer. I imagine those two things were just never meant to work together that way. Maybe, you need a router between the camera and the computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am using this LAN adapter on a Windows 10 Microsoft Surface Pro 3 right now. It's plug and play. I didn't have to install any separate drivers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All of my computers are Windows 10. The device increased our desktop internet download speeds from around 50 mbps to between 350 mbps and 450 mbps. Our upload speeds increased from 90 mbps to between 450 mbps and 920 mbps. The increase was just as more dramatic for our laptops. Download speeds went from around 300 mbps to around 850 to 950 mbps! Upload speeds saw the same type of performance. All of these dramatic performance increases occurred while two desktops and two laptops were connected to a 1 gig netgear switch from a Linksys AC2600 router with service of 1000 mbps provided by NextLight. The performance was better using j5 create versus insignia. However, both dramatically increased performance. Desktop results: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6242890282

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the software works correctly on widows 10. I have a PC without a CD drive and was able to download the drivers directly from the manufactures support page. Do not have any issues, streamed 4k videos etc from my NAS and even did a speed test on my Gigaone cable and it matched speeds MB for MB.
