“Using with new Dell Inspiron. Upload speed is blazing at over 500 Mbps. Download speed is still a dismal 71 Mbps. It is plugged into USB 3 port. Speed is set at 1.0 Gbps which is faster than Auto. Any other settings to change for download speed?”
