Try coping the disk to a USB drive (if you have access to another computer). Then use the USB drive on your computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is possible that the default Windows driver will just pick it up. I connected it to my Windows phone with no software and it is working just fine. Otherwise, the Insignia site (if there is one) may allow you to download the info from their support server. https://www.insigniaproducts.com/support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Acer laptop doesn't have a cd/dvd drive either, but it accepted the device immediately as a plug and play.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought this about a month ago to use with my laptop, and it doesn't have a CD drive either. The laptop is running Windows 10 and the OS automatically detected it without issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If ur using Windows 10, it should be there. Otherwise you can download it if you have another connection. I had a slower adapter that I was upgrading so I had another connection option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most software vendors have a website where you can download software. If you have older software that you only have on CD or DVD, then go an buy an inexpensive USB External DVD drive and use that to install. A DVD Drive will read both CD and DVD.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are running Windows 8.1 or 10 it should work with the native drivers. You also can download the drivers on another computer and use an USB drive to transfer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Download the files from another computer or smart phone (if actually needed, typically the default drivers should work) and copy the files to a separate drive. You can use a USB drive, your phone, etc. depending on what other connectivity you have (USB, bluetooth, etc.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can surf over to the appropriate website, and download the needed software from the site, or you could purchase a stand-alone CD drive, that connects via USB cable to your laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can go to Insignia's website and download the driver directly to your computer. Once done run the setup wizard and install software before plugging in the device to your USB. Steps: 1. Download driver 2. Install software 3. Reboot computer (optional but always a safe bet) 4. Plug in adapter to USB and plug in your ethernet cable to it. 5. Your up and running :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
