• Hello Sally, this adapter is not supported by Windows 10, it is designed for Wind Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 as well as Mac OS 10.4.X or higher. Omar S. - Insignia Support.

• I have this adapter connected via a USB 3.0 hub on a windows 10 Home edition version 1903 without issue. It shares the hub with external disks.
