Can I use with my Note 8 ? null

I don't know for sure, as I use it for my Lenovo. However, it connects with the HDMI cable in my classroom, connected to my USB port. So if that's what you're asking to do, ot should work.

If the Note 8 supports USBC to HDMI for a TV connection. If it does, which is likely, this product will work.
