Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably not ,if your iPad 4 has a lightning connector - unless you had a lightning-to-USB-C cable. I'm using mine to charge Google Nexus 6P, which has a USB-C port and I get rapid charging, same as with the charger that came with the phone.
