will it shut off when fully charged null

It doesn't appear to turn off when fully charged. There is a light on the charger that remains on.

On my Samsung tablet it doesn't shut off per say but charges just enough to maintain a full charge even if I'm using my tablet.

No it will not shut off when your devise is charged.
