Does this have the cooling fans in it? null

Nope - sorry, no fans; designed to work passively drawing air thru.

No it only has some vents for airflow that way the xbox is able to breath.

I’ll be honest with you. I wouldn’t even recommend anything like this for the Xbox one s or the x. It’s not necessary.
