• I'm able to do that using this with my Surface Go so I'm sure it will fit the Xbox

• Yes. I use them along with astro headset that needs a usb and also a external harddrive. No issues at all.

• Yes, one of the usb is for power and other is for power and data. But it doesn't mean you can use it in game
