My daughter pestered me to buy this device. I couldn't believe that a kid could get any enjoyment out of such a simple contraption, but it was under twenty dollars so I broke down and made the purchase. Nearly a month later she and her friends still find it entertaining.

This device just holds the lenses you look through to see your phone. Gotta good phone, you are all set (I swear!) got a stone age flip phone, purchase glasses that have the software in them for $$$

Just start your VR app, stick the phone in, place against forehead, and try not to get dizzy. Used them with an iPhone 7plus to watch a couple of VR demo apps. Great for my kids since I'm not going to buy them one of the more expensive headsets.
