Please try again later.It's been 306 for at least six months now, since November 2017., And the answers from support which promised updated firmware RSN (real soon now) seem to all have been removed. The firmware is far, far behind what is available for Google Home devices, which means features are also missing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not convinced that the issue is totally a firmware upgrade. During the recent and temporary Google bug, my Insignia speaker actually responded to "Routines", even a 2 action routine. Then the bug was fixed by Google and the Insignia speaker stopped responding to "Routines" So, it appears that Insignia and Google may not be shaking hands. Now which one may not be extending their hand remains a mystery.
