I had the same issue and I called customer support. They were able to push the 314 update to my device in a little over a day by my device MAC address. Give them a call and see if they can help you. Mine works great now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was unable to do so with the 105 product I received, and I spent an hour on the phone with a tech support supervisor to try. (It basically involved a lot of factory resets, and never worked.) We're returning it today.
