“Is there any way to set the alarm or turn the alarm off before it goes off without using your voice.? Ie I want to be able to set and turn alarm off early without disturbing someone else who is sleeping.”

No. Google does not allow setting or canceling alarms from any device other than the one you are using. Ive been asking Google support to allow this for over a yesr.
