“I purchased this device a few weeks ago and I cannot get the temperature to show up on the display. I've read all of the responses about this issue, but nothing has worked for me. The firmware version is 314 (latest). Any help would be appreciated.”

OP here again. I finally figured out the problem. The temperature will not display if you have "Web & App Activity" turned off in Google Assistant.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Temperature only displays when you ask for it... No way to have it constantly displayed. Maybe a firmware update will come in the future... but I don't think it'll happen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine will only show the temperature for a short amount of time immediately after I ask it about the weather. To my knowledge there is no way to get a persistent live display of the current outdoor temperature.
