“How do i get the firmware to update? Have it setup and it has been 3 days no update. Withe the old version it will not receive broadcasts. I have tried resetting to force it but it did not update.”

I got a version 105 unit and was never able to get it to update. I spent an hour on the phone with a tech support supervisor, and we tried a bunch of factory resets, and it never updated. It's going back today.
