“Both my speakers show the same incorrect time. I haven't found any way to adjust it. When I ask it tells me the correct time. I've tried resetting and it showed me the same time. Sys firmware: 314”

It seems to update after a few days of being connected. My also were 2 hours of the correct time and synchronized after a few days good luck
