“Hi, I have 3 of these.. Is Insignia no longer supporting them? I see they're on sale constantly, also Firmware 306 is been in place more than 7 mo. now, and messages here promising updates so for new functionality "soon" have been deleted.”

• I reached out to Best Buy on Twitter and they assured me that this device would be receiving further firmware updates. They also mentioned that they "cannot provide a time frame."

• The new functionality coming "soon" was in the form of their new smart speaker. This device was discontinued December of 2017.
