“I've tried to setup multiple times on phone and tablet. Both devices detect the speaker and begin setup. I've even got the tone but setup always fails with an error message of "there was a problem setting up Insignia ns-cspgasp. Anyone?”

• If you have a 2.4G and 5G wifi, you should make sure that both devices latch on to the same frequency. These speakers can connect at 5G, so if your tablet only does 2.4G then I think setup has problems. If you are sure your phone can do both 2.4 and 5G wifi, then you might try bringing the clock really close to your access point, setup it up there, and assuming it finishes, return it to where you want it.
