“Hi, my wave-to-snooze function does not seem to work very well. I'm not using radio or any type of music for the alarm, just the normal tone for wake up. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!”

Mine didn't work until it updated to the latest system firmware version 314. If yours doesn't auto update, you might want to call customer support and see if they can push the update to your device.
