I too have this problem with the power status light flashing for a few days. The speaker appeared to be fully functional, both alarms and command worked. I unplugged the unit, and the light is now solid.

Here is a summary of the LED status on your speaker: Off = device powered off Blink = booting, no network Solid = normal operation, network connected Slow blink = normal operation, network internet error – connecting google server. We will update code to only show Blink state and allow the front display to show NET if internet connection lost. I hope this provides clarification on your inquiries. Arely R. - Insignia Support.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to this post on BB's forums (see link) by Mariah-BBY, this is caused by an unreliable connection to power or a power surge. http://www.forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Home-Audio-Video/Flashing-power-LED-Voice-Smart-Bluetooth-Speaker-Alarm-Clock/td-p/1220555 Other posts here from support seem to say the blinking is a network issue. That said, I have this problem as well. My solution is to cycle power by pulling the plug. Works. The speaker was working as expected at the time I noticed the blinking, so that seems to rule out the network issue as a cause in my case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this same situation with the blinking LED. The LED blinks white during normal operation. After a reboot, the LED will be solid white for a few days, then it will return to blinking white. This doesn't match the expected LED status behavior.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer that slow blink means normal operation but NO NETWORK seems to be wrong as mine two have the blinking light and are operating normally with internet/Google connection working just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same issue on one of my units. It started after I was playing with the app and I think I linked it to another unit. So I am trying to get it unlinked to see if it fixes my rapid blinking red light.
