“After successful setup on WiFi & Bluetooth my NS-CSPGASP stops working after one minute or so.It becomes silent &unresponsive and then after a few more minutes flashes "load" on the screen.I reset & wait all with the same results. What's do I do next?”

Check your WiFi usually if it says load or nothing on the screen that means it’s not connected to the internet.
