“works fine, but after cycling power to my circuit breakers recently it just say "net" where it normally shows the time, tried cycling power to it, it still works, so it is still connected to the network, any suggestions?”

If its still working but display is stuck on net after a reboot. Then you probably have to do factory reset and do set up again.
